A.  Bench Press & Hang Power Cleans: 7 – 5 – 4 – 3 –  3    E3MOM

B.  9 minute AMRAP of:

6 hang power clean 155/105  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 125/85)

12 box jumps/step-ups  24″/20″

9/6 barbell push-ups

12 pistols (alternating each leg)  RX+ 12 pistols with 25/15 lb. dumbbell  (55 and over 12 goblet squats 20/12kg)

rest exactly 2 minutes after WOD, then:

“FINISHER”

max reps hang power cleans unbroken at WOD weight

    500m Swim for Time = NO time. I always use my Apple watch in the shower, pool, hot tub etc, but the stopwatch goes crazy when water puts pressure on the screen like a finger touch/pressure.
    Anyway no time, but I do know I need to get back in the pool more. That 500m felt like a mile swim!
