A.  Front Squat: 7 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 3      E2MOM

B. 13 minute ascending AMRAP of:

1 ground to overhead 135/95  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 95/65)

1 toes to bar to 1 pull-up complex

2 ground to overhead

2 x 1 toes to bar to one pull-up complex

3 ground to overhead

3 x 1 toes to bar to 1 pull-up complex

4-4 x, 5-5 x, etc…

Continue pattern until time expires

C.  Core Development:

35 ghd sit-ups or 35 ab-mat sit-ups anchored

35 butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

35 v-ups

    That’s what it’s all about. Awesome gentlemen. CrossFit does so much more than increase work capacity across broad times and modal domains. Proof in the picture.

    7:00am Class:
    A: 225(7)-245(5)-260(4)-270(3)-270(3)
    B: 7+8, RX+ (4 reps less this time. Key points: all t2b+pull-up were singles as opposed to last time. Stronger and more efficient with the barbell this time. Had to do a combo of push and split last time, all push jerk this time).
    C: core development complete
    – What a BA pic! These dudes bring it every morning!! The comradery, friendship and trash talking is without a doubt some of the best! 🙂
