Bench Press: 5-5-10-20 E3MOM

rest 2-3 minutes

1 minute max reps barbell bench press

rest 2-3 minutes

1 minute max reps barbell jumping squats

    Very discombobulated this morning, as a 415-515 CF’er attending the 6AM class.
    165/90/(missed this one)/20-didn’t realize I was doing it for time….telling you, I was all out of sorts!!
    Hope the WOD for Warriors goes great this weekend!!
    We are headed to the beach and plan to make some drop-ins to CF Destin.

    Squats= 125×5 ,145×5, 135×10, 135×20
    Bench= 115×5, 105×5, 100×10, 90×20
    61 reps for BB max reps on bench
    Skipped jumping squats… Nursing my adductor so I stayed light today.

    Great strength day
