    Front Squat: 225 x 8, 275 x 4, 300 x 2, WHAT happened to the set of 6 ? well let’s just say I stopped at 4!!
    Then 3 rounds for time of:
    Deadlifts: 10 reps @ 315
    Shoulder to overhead @ 135(must clean on first rep} Time: 7:43 Not great, outside of pecs started to pull on very first round.
