    Awesome picture! This beautiful lady lifts heavy and keeps going! She has a big heart and is a good friend to her 8:15 classmates. Always a joy to see her in the morning.

      Couldn’t have said it better Adela. Sabrina has the biggest heart and her 8:15 classmates are often the recipient of her thoughtfulness and care. She takes care of the coaches too and we appreciate her generosity and friendship. Sabrina’s dedication to her fitness and health always drive her and she’s able to make impressive lifts and grind through any WOD because of her consistency. 8:15 wouldn’t be 8:15 without you young lady 😊

    Row, row, row that boat, Sabrina! This lady has years of CrossFit under her belt, and she’s been consistent and committed throughout her entire journey. She works incredibly hard, trains smart, and always shows up with a plan and a purpose. She’s got lots of friends and is always kind and thoughtful to everyone. Keep after it, Sabrina!! 😃
