A. In 12 minutes establish a 1RM snatch
B. Sprint Rounds: 3 minute AMRAPs:
300m row
6 over the bar burpees
max reps snatch 95/65 RX+ 115/80 (55 and over 75/55)
rest 3 minutes
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3
Score = total number of snatches
Core Development:
25-50 GHS sit-ups or Military ab-mat sit-ups anchored
25-50 hip extensions
accumulate 1 minute of high plank hold
