I KNOW these two studs are getting after it at home, ain’t one doubt in my mind! Blair and Lindsey are two peas in a pod. Incredibly hard workers, consistent and steadfast with their training, quick witted with a sneaky sense of humor, and kind and thoughtful. I sure miss you two, can’t wait to see you back in the gym hopefully soon! ?
That’s a great shot of a dynamite duo! The father daughter relationship is awesome to see with these two and an inspiration. They go hard in the box and the yard too. Doesn’t surprise me that they’re still getting their fitness fix with consistency. Side note – I’d like to get in a game of HORSE on that goal in the back of the yard.
Blair is one of the nicest, caring, thoughtful and welcoming old men I know.
