A: 315% was not happening today. Warmed up to 285 for 1 rep on final round. Front rack position is under construction.
B: 16:47 RX Pieced together TTB by working on linking 2-3 reps each time I jumped up on the pull-up bar. Also still working on grip, back strength(lats) and general core strength.
