    Zayin in the house with a strong lockout! He’s a gentle giant full of humility, skill, and strength. He’s been CrossFitting long before CFHSV and we’re glad he’s brought his fitness and family to CFHSV. They’ve been a great addition and it’s always great see ‘em in class.
