WOD:
A. 10 rounds with a 2 minute rest in between, any combination of:
400m run and 10 air squats
OR
500m row and 10 air squats
Score is total time to complete minus the 2 minute rests

All rows under 1:50 pace. Squats after the row were much more challenging than squats after run.
