B. Tabata push ups

    FYI, someone asked about FGB coming up. It is scheduled for early November, so be ready.

      Will Do. I mainly meant missed following mainsite in regards to the Compare To dates to keep track in our journal. I know we’re a month or so behind (or something like that 🙂 ), just got spoiled by mainsite’s ‘Compare to’ link at the bottom of each day’s WOD posting.
      Programming as it is ROCKS!
