    Thanks all for the kind thoughts and words! December marks my 6th year with CFHSV and not a day goes by where I don’t feel extremely proud and fortunate to be part of the CFHSV family. Coaches and athletes alike you motivate and inspire me daily.

    Just not this morning… the early morning raindrops lulled me back to sleep and I once again missed my wake up for the 6am class;0) Someday I’ll make it! Enjoy today’s WOD and your day CFHSV!
