With a continuously running clock for best times and max reps:

0:00 – 6:00 – run 800m for time

6:00 – 7:00 – max reps bar muscle ups or chest to bar pull-ups

7:00 – 9:00 – rest

9:00 – 13:00 – run 600m for time

13:00 – 14:00 – max reps toes to bar

14:00 – 16:00 – rest

16:00 – 19:00 – run 400m for time

19:00 – 20:00 – max reps chest to bar pull-ups or chin over bar pull-ups

20:00 – 22:00 – rest

22:00 – 24:00 – run 200m for time

24:00 – 25:00 – max reps toes to bar

25:00 – 27:00 – rest

27:00 – 28:00 – run 100m for time

28:00 – 29:00 – max reps pull-ups

29:00 – 30:00 – rest

30:00 – 31:00 – max reps toes to bar

Score = times for each run and total reps completed
