Hedges! Eric is the man and has been for a long time at CFHSV. He’s been steady as can be and a pro in how he goes about his training. He’s smart and has the long game in mind but he can turn it up a notch any. time. He wants! He’s been a torchbearer for CFHSV as long as I can remember and represents a fit lifestyle as good as anyone. Eric is a part of CFHSV’s only elite class, the 7am, and he’s got a reserved spot there. Always appreciate Eric’s professionalism, kind words, and his humor goes a long way too. You’re the man Eric…don’t stop being the man.

Awesome shot of Eric working hard! This guy has been throwing down at CFHSV for as long as I can remember, and he’s still looking as fit and strong as always. Eric is dedicated to his health and fitness both in and out of the gym. He’s stayed the course and remained committed even through trying times, working around any setbacks and staying focused on longevity. Everyone knows he’s incredibly strong, but don’t be fooled — he can butterfly pull-up and bar muscle-up with the best of them. A well rounded athlete who’s been representing CFHSV in a super positive light for ever and a day. We appreciate you, Eric. Keep rolling! 🙂

The strong man of the 7:00 class!!! This is also one of the nicest and most encouraging members of our gym. He is respected as a great athlete, but more importantly as a friend and ambassador of fitness. 💜

Eric is a man who knows how to move some heavy weight. For many years as a member of the 7 am class Eric has shown us how to put the work in and get results. He is a class act. a friend to all and a great representative of the CFHSV community.

Eric! This guy was throwing that kettlebell around like a feather! He is strong, period. This guy has been at CrossFit Huntsville for years. He is smart with his training, listens to his body and can put up big scores any time he wants to. Awesome guy who always encourages those around him. The 7am class isn’t the same until he walks in the door!
