A. Back Squat + Lunge Complex: 2 back squats + 1 back rack lunge on each leg + 2 back squats

4 sets of the complex E2MOM

B. 3 rounds for time of:

50 double unders

5 back squats 115/80  RX+ 155/105  (55 and over 95/65)

10 lunges (5 each leg alternating in place) 115/80  RX+ 155/105  (55 and over 95/65)

15 T2B

20 hang power clean 115/80   RX+ 115/105  (55 and over 95/65)

    Santiago!!! What a great partner and teammate, I’m so glad we did this! WHAT A FUN DAY!!!

    I gotta hand it to Brady as an amazing judge during this very moment – all of our judges were great that day, and you all know that I could not have functioned without someone giving me clear and loud instructions! Believe it or not, I still remember Brady reminding me about all of the little details like making sure to rack the wall ball, slap Santiago’s hand to trade off, make sure the rower was on the right damper setting… the list goes on and on. A small snapshot of all of the help that ALL of the judges gave us. It does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. You guys are the best.

    Gosh, we had a blast and learned so much. Thank you so much for putting this on, CFHSV and all of the volunteers!
