    15:49 not quite as Rx’d 

    I finished in 13:49 but then I realized that I did 1000m, 500m and 250m row rather then 1000m, 750m and 500m row. Since I was short 500m and my pace was 1:50 to 2:00/500m I added 2 minutes to my time.

    20:35 scaled (75) had problems with thrusters this one was a tough one for me nice job justin and jakub.

    This sucked.

    Not to be whiny…but my lack of sleep this week (thanks Campbell) and my cookie binge last night (yep, I ate cookies for dinner), plus the Finnergan I decided to take in order to fall asleep… = sucky, sucky, sucky.

    Like the ancient proverb says…..He whoever doth miss crossfit for two weeks, shall much wind suckuth…. and today I pretty much sucked.

    Scaled workout at 75 lbs. Still going on my toes on the thrusters. Had to rest a lot on this one, but it’s everything I expected. No place to go but up from here.

    19:58 VERY SCALED… the girl bar ONLY for thrusters, jumping pu’s for 21 and 15, did 9 kpu’s at end. I rowed very well, however DOMS has set in from Sat. and Sun. workouts.
    My shoulders and arms are jacked up sore!!!!! That’s it… I’m ORDERING the SHAKEY WEIGHTS!:)

    my guess for this one was 12:00. clearly things aren’t adding up. This may have been the worst I have ever felt- very very similar to the final WOD of the games where I felt like my body was in mutiny. I Think there is still a virus involved.

    22.39 still can’t do any wight just did girl bar but did much bettr in last set. It was tough and tough but start enjoying tough CF.that omlet was so good I made it for lunch thanks for shear that with me

    My travel schedule is killing my workout schedule. I am headed to FL for 24 hours only to go back to FL this weekend and next. I am going to have to figure out some time to exercise such as start doing walking lunges through the Charlotte airport, which I have been seeing a ton of lately. Or, I could do some guerilla burpees. Have you guys seen this goofy CF trend? People are making a point of doing burpees in random locations. While goofy, I may give it a try.

    29:31. Started as rx’d and went through 12 thrusters of the 15 and had to drop down to 85#. By then I was pretty much toast. Almost had a “Pukie the Clown” moment. Yecch!

    Short on time today so i did GRACE: 30 135# clean and jerks for time: 4:36. Down from 5:32 last time.

    Some serious tendinitis in my elbows afterwards – I think it’s because I was working on ring-dips prior to the WOD. Don’t think it affected my workout but it hurts like a bitch.

    Well, this was my first WOD as a true Crossfitter. Been tooling
    tolling around with stuff from the main site for a while, and finally
    came on over to CFH. So with that hi everyone.

    Had to do this one at the NASA gym. 21:13 scaled thrusters to
    75 lbs

    25:12. Last set of pullups unbroken (woot! Thanks Russell and Josh for keeping me going) …. The rest sucked. Thank god the weather cooled down.
