Tag-team workout:
With a continually running clock, spend exactly two minutes accumulating as many reps as possible at each of the following exercises.
2 minutes of GHD sit-ups
2 minutes of bodyweight Reverse hyper
2 minutes of Ab-mat sit-ups
2 minutes of hip extensions
As soon as the eighth minute is complete, you have exactly 4 minutes for you and your partner to find a max overhead lift.

Add total reps and pounds from best lift together for score.

    Team with Josh in 6am class: 208 reps + 185 + 155 = 548 with some of the reps scaled to quarter GHDs.

    Great shoulder stretches before and after the WOD.

    Teamed with Tye in 6am class: 260 reps w/ 1/4 to 1/2 GHD’s +185 +185 = 630. This was my favorite team/partner wod so far. Everything felt pretty good today.

    Teamed with Joe C in the 7AM class: 240 reps + 165 + 145 = 550. I could have gone heavier on the OH, but I ran out of time. I agree with Garrett. Great Team WOD!
