    I am going to the Huntsville HS track to do the 800m runs from a couple days ago if anyone wants to join. I will be there at 5:30pm.

      I’ll be there. My regular track workout is Tues nights at HHS. I’m doing 7×800’s, with 200 recovery. I’ll be hitting the 800’s on my marathon goal pace, e.g. marathon goal is 3:10, so I want to hit the 800’s on 3:10.

    Kind of screwed up program, but I’m trying to find a balance between getting enough work and re-injury.
