315 regular. I’m sore from Filthy 50. I want to explore sumo some more.
Sumo deadlift is interesting. Definitely something I’m going to work on. I have to work on switching up my grips, too. I always seem to do the same thing.
Larry, I’m an idoit, on my second set of 5, instead of 330, I did 345. Anyhow, tried to do week 1 of wendler for DL 315(5)-345(5)-rounded back so work on form. I absolutely hate the deadlift. I just don’t seem to have any “feel” for when my back is locked or not. Guess I’ll take a couple of months to strictly work on form and then start building back up.
Made up Filthy Fifty in 20:43, almost a full 2 minute PR. I thought I had sub 20 in me, but the Burpees broke me.
WOW! Very nice 50 time.
