    Crossfit Castle Rock again this morning. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes of rowing for calories, box jumps, hang squat snatch with 45# barbell, 20 # wallball shots, and handstand pushups. Total of 181 reps+calories.

    Made it through 2 rounds at 10 min cutoff
    Today was my first day doing HSPU’s so I’ll call it a win.

      that cheeseburger caused me to have chest pains just looking at it!

      I would LOVE to try the Luther Burger from Georgia.

      Ingredients: Ground-beef patty, topped with cheese and bacon between two DONUTS instead of a bun.

      Now THAT’S what you call sweet & savory!

      Wait a minute! Eskimo Ice Cream is the ultimate paleo treat! Wild animal fat and berries. I want some. Hell, I cook my eggs in rendered beef fat from the grass fed cow we just bought.

      On another note. The Peanut Butter Burger at Mugshots in Tuscaloosa is the BOMB!

    I was going to stick with CFFB today and do the 300yd shuttle sprints, but Tyler came in to do Diane, and I just wouldn’t think of letting him WOD all alone.

    So “Diane” as rx

    The last time I did this was in December. It was with 225# on the 1st round then 205 for the rest. Time was 19:51.

    parachute sprints, which are fun (except going into the wind 🙁

    12 folks & 3 parachutes, so we put 6 on each end and rotated through everything as fast as we could!
