Scaled the weight to 135 lbs to work on my rack position. It was slow and painful. I think as soon as I get some wrist and shoulder flexibility, I’ll be able to do this one as Rx’d.

Got the first 48 reps @ 185#’s, then decided to drop to 135#’s after collapsing under the bar when I tried to squat 3 times in a row. Once I dropped to 135 I blasted through the rest of the reps.

8 days off is just too much.
had good form the entire time did a good job of dropping under it and then front squating it. also did testing, got a 8 foot 9 inch long jump and 3 strict pullups overhand.
“Randy” after an intense training session on perfect form with Russell at 65# in 6:54. I really do appreciate Russell spending time on my form, he knows my bad form on cleans is what probably helped lead to my tendonitis back when i started this crazy crossfit thing!

Robb, you were about 35 seconds faster than your posted time. It was around 9 minutes and some change.
