400m run followed by 5 minutes of Muscle-up transition practice. Then: 3 rounds of 10 walking lunges, 5 pull ups, 3 MU transitions to dip or static hold.




For time:
100 Squats
5 Muscle-ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle-ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle-ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle-ups
