Great article! I love Robb Wolf’s stuff. The observances he mentioned of Crossfit advocating weighing-and-measuring before quality food is NOT something I’ve experienced so far in my time here. Russell and Kat, you have always advocated quality vs. quantity. I started in January changing over to Paleo foods, and then in May I started Zoning with Paleo foods. The gist of the article is true: Elite athletes aren’t that way because they WAM beer and nachos. First priority is quality foods, then quantity.

Made up Saturday’s Deadlift workout-
Russell’s right, there’s a method to the ‘madness’, better known as the order of the workouts.
Quads are pretty sore from Tabata Tag Team and the 800m run yesterday.
165-175-175-175-175-good form, body was just tired from the last two days…..
Off to the beach tomorrow through the weekend, so, will keep up with the main site or CF endurance for some good oceanside workouts!!!!

Tried to do head and hand to floor HSPU and GHD sit ups. Time sucked. I’ve done this one before at just over 10 min but with a 200m run instead of a row.

I am pretty sore from deadlift workout on Sunday and the run workout yesterday. I needed an easy hotel workout. Looking forward to not working out tomorrow.
Also, say a little prayer for my daughter, Claire (8). She has staph or strep in her leg. In the hospital getting IV for 24 hours. I hate that I can’t be there with her.
