Run, Rope Climb, Ring Dip Team Races:
Two five-person teams head out on an 800m run. Once they return, team 1 cycles through each member to complete 100 ring dips. Team 2 cycles through each member to complete 10 rope climbs. No athlete can skip a turn. If an athlete fails to successfully climb the rope, 2 extra climbs are added to the teams total. If an athlete fails to get a single dip on his or her turn, 10 extra dips are added to the teams total.
The first team done wins. Switch exercises and repeat for 30 minutes. The team with the most wins at the end of the 30 minute time limit wins.
