    Huntsville Track Club is continuing to host the Summer Cross-Country Runs every Tuesday, 6:15pm thru 14 Aug. Location is the Huntsville Running Park (same place we do our 5k and 10k running WODs). There is a 1mi w/u run, then 3mi run, then 2mi run. http:// http://www.huntsvilletrackclub.org/HTC_Races/CC%20RUNS%202012.pdf Water/Gatorade provided between each event. There were 150+ people there last week for company through the runs, including CF’ers and others folks to meet-greet. Remember: running is one of the original forms of functional fitness!

    Went to the interval running that Aaron heads up this am. Great group! We did 3x(200m, 400m, 600m) with a rest ration of 1 for 1.
    0:41; 1:38; 2:58
    0:48; 1:44; 2:47
    0:44; 1:39; 2:44

    Then went to the 7:00 am WOD. 16:32 rx’d. That was harder than it looked! My shoulders are smoked!
