Kitchen remo reeking havoc on my diet, with nothing but a microwave and bathtub to wash dishes I’m resolved to paper plates, plastic utensils and microwaveable food. Yesterday, lunch was tuna salad, twizzlers and a Pepsi; for dinner it was pizza lean pockets and a La Croix. This morning, Jimmy Dean egg and sausage sandwich. Not gonna lie, its fun eating like crap but I don’t think the output is sustainable. And the sick feeling I had after lunch and this morning during the wod wasn’t pleasant either. If I stay on schedule, I only have 9 days of this horrible nutritional “experiment” before the kitchen is operational.
I think you were just trying to match the number scheme in the workout. Your life is just perfectly aligned right now 🙂
5+60. The DUs were just not coming, kicked my tail. Everything else unbroken/linked.
I really need to get DUs because 3 to 1 scale SUX! Today was the first time that I felt like I kept moving the entire 20 minutes. Running in the evenings is increasing the engines ability to run longer!

I talked Jake into letting me do four pull-ups instead of 7 since I just got my first COVP pull up. I had to do them in sets of two, but by God I got them! Dealing with a hammy pull slowed me down, but I managed. Turns out, getting down into a push-up is really hard on your hamstrings! LOL

I hate metcons, but I love Hyssop! Thanks again Ryan for that tip, it works wonders. 3+21 and I set a PR on linked DU’s at 19, but fell into SU’s after round 1.
