405, 415PR, 425PR – High rep cleans, Oktober fest games, excellent coaching, and thrusters lately really boosted my dead lift. PR by 20#.
CFT – Squat- 135-185-245(PR)

I was due for a PR in the deadlift, been ready since like June….This is the first time since i’ve start Crossfit that i’ve deadlifted more than i’ve squated…it’s what a really weak lower back and hamstrings will get you. As Russell says…from years of bad form in distance running

Matt, you could probably safely rephrase that as “years of distance running”… everything else is a symptom of the success you had in your old sport.
Skipped the deadlift and squat because I have a serious pain in my back on the right side from Sunday’s workout. Did air squats, slowly, while watching Amanda and Courtney.
That’s awesome about all the PR’s!!! Katherine, keep working, and you might just make the board for DL!! Wow!!
And, for PR’s, I have to thank Joe C. Once I went back and looked at my times for 5K, I actually PR’ed the morning after the Binge Night….32:30- Thanks for all the wine, pizza, and desserts….It did me some good, apparently!!! 🙂

SP: 65 -85- 95(f) which is my pr…then 90(f) my shoulders haven’t really recovered from previous workouts.
DL: 125 – 145 – 165- 175 (my old pr) it felt really heavy today!
Bad day for CFT for me, but NOT going to explore the preggo option. 🙂 I’ll just have to work harder and more effectively!
Kept trying 175 back squat (180 was previous PR). Failed, Failed. Was going to go down 10 but Russell said just walk up and do it. Failed. Felt determined to get it…Failed.
Shoulder press – 100 fail, 95 fail. Got 90 just to get A number! (95 previous PR).
So Dead LIft – 285 (PR) just cause I had to! Lost form some (rounded low back) but was able to get 265 with strong back!
No total today! But PR on DL! Sorry, Andrea, I had to push the DL! Too much “failing” going on elsewhere! You up for 300?? 🙂
