  1. Daniel says:

    345(x), 345(x), 325. Should have tried 335 which I did last CFT.
405, 415PR, 425PR – High rep cleans, Oktober fest games, excellent coaching, and thrusters lately really boosted my dead lift. PR by 20#.

    905 PR

  2. Justin says:

    900 PR
Legs felt pretty rough from the last two workouts.

  3. Daniel says:

Also, got the official nod to build the new Crossfit Huntsville gym this morning. That’s a PR.

  4. Matthew says:

    CFT – Squat- 135-185-245(PR)
    S. P.- 95-120(PR)
    Deadlift- 135-245(PR)-250(PR)

I was due for a PR in the deadlift, been ready since like June….This is the first time since i’ve start Crossfit that i’ve deadlifted more than i’ve squated…it’s what a really weak lower back and hamstrings will get you. As Russell says…from years of bad form in distance running

  5. Russell says:

    Congrats Daniel,
Matt, you could probably safely rephrase that as “years of distance running”… everything else is a symptom of the success you had in your old sport.

  6. Clint says:

Its hard to quote Russell, avoid that like “Swine Flu” Cant wait to hit the gym I’ve rested enough, licked my wounds enough 🙂

  7. LeshaS says:

Skipped the deadlift and squat because I have a serious pain in my back on the right side from Sunday’s workout. Did air squats, slowly, while watching Amanda and Courtney.

However, I did PR in the shoulder press at 85!

  8. Slade White says:

Can’t make it today, meetings. 🙁

    Congratulations Daniel!

  9. Katherine Berger says:

Holy crap! I just realized that I added wrong and I got 500!!! Yay!!!

    Anyway, here it is:
    BS: 125-145-155-165
    SP: 75-85-90 (PR)
    DL: 195-215-225-245(PR)
    total: 500!!!!!! (PR)

a miscalculation led me to my DL pr… And the bar was totally lopsided! Pretty funny- I blame pregnancy brain!

  10. Kerri says:

That’s awesome about all the PR’s!!! Katherine, keep working, and you might just make the board for DL!! Wow!!
And, for PR’s, I have to thank Joe C. Once I went back and looked at my times for 5K, I actually PR’ed the morning after the Binge Night….32:30- Thanks for all the wine, pizza, and desserts….It did me some good, apparently!!! 🙂

  11. Clint says:

Carbo Load… I like the scene from Game Day.

  12. tracey says:

Thats it !!!! I’m getting knocked up! All the preggo’s are kickin butt.
I felt lathargic and not up to Crossfit Total.
    BS: 3×85-2×115 – 125 – 145-155 (not deep enough) – 155 -165(pr)
SP: 65 -85- 95(f) which is my pr…then 90(f) my shoulders haven’t really recovered from previous workouts.
DL: 125 – 145 – 165- 175 (my old pr) it felt really heavy today!

I need a rest day. Congrats to Kat and Christy!

  13. Courtney Meyers says:

    BS: 65 – 95 – 105 – 120 – 145 (PR)
    SP: 55 – 65 – 70 (X) 🙁

  18. Karen says:

Bad day for CFT for me, but NOT going to explore the preggo option. 🙂 I’ll just have to work harder and more effectively!

Kept trying 175 back squat (180 was previous PR). Failed, Failed. Was going to go down 10 but Russell said just walk up and do it. Failed. Felt determined to get it…Failed.

Shoulder press – 100 fail, 95 fail. Got 90 just to get A number! (95 previous PR).

So Dead LIft – 285 (PR) just cause I had to! Lost form some (rounded low back) but was able to get 265 with strong back!

No total today! But PR on DL! Sorry, Andrea, I had to push the DL! Too much “failing” going on elsewhere! You up for 300?? 🙂

DL was crappy today. Couldn’t even get my previous pr. I think this had a lot to do with my meal timing today.

  22. Clint says:

Did 5×5 for BS SP DL

  25. Russell says:

    SP- 145
DL- 415 ( Training PR, under competition PR by 10 lbs.)

    :. ( ……stupid ankle : (

Had to miss real Elizabeth and the total.

I landscaped, moved dirt, sand, rocks, more dirt, horse manure for 9 hours during the past 24 hours. I have very well conditioned dirt now……but not near as exciting as the total.

congrats on all the PR’s! Strong Work Daniel!

and congrats on getting the nod to build our new house! I know you will do great since you have such a vested personal love/interest in CFHSV.

  30. Jason Terry says:

    BS – 225, 245, 275F
    SP – 95, 125 (tied PR)
    DL – 225, 255, 315F

    CT Total 625

Time constraint held me back a little on SP and probably could have gotten 295 on DL. But glad to do some heavy weights without back issues! Trying to get to bed early so I can make up Fran in the AM

  31. Jason Terry says:

  32. Ashley says:

BS 125. SP 75. DL 195. All PRs by 10#. I was happy considering I’ve not worked out in 2 weeks, been sick, and cleaned 15 horse stalls this morning and rode my horse!

  33. Howard says:

    Good day working with Charlie
    BS 205

    Total – 410 (pr)

    BS – 150 (pr)
    SP – 75
    DL – 185

  37. Russ says:

BS 210 (PR) Probably could have went to 220 but ran short of time.
SP 105 (PR) 85 last time. Shoulders and arms seem to be lagging behind other muscle groups.
DL 325 (PR) 310 last time.

  38. Craig Herr says:

    sq 295
    sp 155
    dl 405

855 tweaked back before deadlift. Not smart to continue and paying the price now.
