    KTE and Burpees took awhile.

  2. Larry Lowe says:

    29:50 rx

    slower than last time

  3. Jake Naumcheff says:

Awesome job to everyone who tackled the “filthy fifty” today. You guys all killed it! Watching all of you guys push past those mental barriers is inspiring to say the least.

  4. Kristi Simmons says:

Question: What’s CFHSV’s inclement weather policy?

  5. Kyle says:

32:20 – always a lung burner. Just now recovering. KTE really slowed me down. I couldn’t find a rhythm. And my calves kept locking up on the DU.

  6. Justin says:

    24:46 scaled to single unders

  7. Penelope says:

31:50 (scaled 20″ box, 10# wbs); pr by 7min with fewer scales

    Kristi,
    Kevin is basically right.

    Rain- workout anyway
    hard rain- workout anyway
    sleet- workout anyway
    snow- workout anyway

the only times we adjust are for lightning (no outside runs), tornadoes ( we always cancel during a warning but not always a watch) and if our trainers get stuck in the snow and can’t get to work ( that means me because Monte sano has more snow than the rest of Huntsville to the point that people don’t beleive me)

  9. Josh Kennedy says:

28:28. KTE took a while, got to figure out the technique still

PRed by over 10 minutes- went to the lady class, great group of women! did 30 for each… horrible but so great all at the same time. Thanks for your coaching Tracey- mind over body fatigue.

    Rx’d @ 28:21
knees to elbows were slow goin & burpees were murder.

  13. Kyle Mosier says:

32:20 rx – Always a killer! KTE took me a while, because I couldn’t find a rhythm. My calves kept locking up during DU, so that screwed up my time too. I should have been faster.

  14. Stacey says:

    22:10, scaled to 30
DU’s were super fast, thanks to Sean for finding me a diff rope!
KTE suck, can’t find a rythym

  15. KLowe says:

23:45 (59s slower than last time April 14)

Lost all the time in burpees. Amazingly slow today. Just had no reserve energy to give. Disappointing to say the least.

My confidence going into any WOD is by far the biggest factor in my performance and it showed today. I was confident all day long about this workout and told myself I was going to do well no matter what and it worked.

I have got to start being more confident in my own ability and learn to bring it every day.

Modified of course, but completed 20 of each except the Burpees (5) and Back Extensions (10). COmpleted in 21:20. Still amazed I completed those! Getting stronger and feeling better!
