Amazingly enough, in 11 months, this is the first time I’ve done a thruster workout. So the way Larry and I figured it………………….that’s 6 PR’s in one day!
I want to point out a couple of things in case any one is interested:

2. I am looking for a female interested in training together in the afternoon class. I’ve decided to step up my game and get my butt in gear to compete next spring, so if you are interested, let me know!
On the time I failed at 150 I actually drove the bar right into my chin which didn’t feel too good. 150 felt pretty easy, probably could have gotten 155 with Russell watching my form.

-Larry….the best thing I’ve discovered for that muscle strain/cramp is to work it like hell. Strangely rest seems to make it worse.

I am very unhappy with my performance during this workout. The extra 20 reps were just to work on my form.
Made up pull up workout
Did 1 round: 3 5#, 5 strict, 7 kipping… killed my arms
Did 9 rounds: 3 strict, 5 kipping, 7 jumping
27:__ 10 minutes longer than last.. Could hardly do a strict after the first round.
