185 205 225 250 275 *felt good maybe started a bit light.

135-140-150-155-160(PR) one rep max is 165, so, I think next time, I’ll be shooting for a one rep PR

scratch that, got a 1 rep max on Sat of 180 in CF Total…still think this 3×5 shows I can bump up the 1 rep wt a little bit…..

145 – 155 – 165 – 175(2) – 175 (PR)
