Warm-up:

200 Meter backwards run

2 Rounds:

2 Diamond push ups

2 Tricep push ups

2 Wide arm push ups

6 V-ups

50 Meter run

 

Workout:

“Partner WOD”

In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

50 Clean and Jerk, 115/75#

200 Double unders

25 Clean and Jerk 115/75#

100 Double unders

 

*Only one person can work at a time. Must finish all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next.

    0600 MOUNTAINWOOD HILL Repeats
    Taper week.
    w/u: 2.0 mi easy
    3 x 228yd (0.4 mi) repeats @ 7-8% Grade, walk down for recovery. (0:55, 0:54, 0:56)
    w/d: 2.0 mi easy
    Total: 4.4 miles

    Carson and James brought it today, way to get up that hill and finish strong!

  9. First day back to work since Regionals! Felt great! In case you guys were wondering. Losing 15# makes your back squats feel mighty heavy. 🙂
