I stayed at 175 accross the board. I wanted to ensure I had good form moving forward from this point. I felt fairly comfortable with weight on the heels here.
Looking forward to getting back to HSV. Should be there for Thursday, ready for a new cycle. Only got one WOD in on Sunday over the last few days. Barbara at the hotel gym Sunday. First hotel gym in a while with a pull-up bar.

I finally got to put some weight on for this exercise!!!!! Not that my form was awesome by any means, but squat therapy has made some difference.
