    3 hrs. later… TABATA 20:10 X 8 Did the run on 12% incline as Rx’d @ 6 .2mph. Ouch!!!

    I stayed at 175 accross the board. I wanted to ensure I had good form moving forward from this point. I felt fairly comfortable with weight on the heels here.

    I finally got to put some weight on for this exercise!!!!! Not that my form was awesome by any means, but squat therapy has made some difference.

    Looking forward to getting back to HSV. Should be there for Thursday, ready for a new cycle. Only got one WOD in on Sunday over the last few days. Barbara at the hotel gym Sunday. First hotel gym in a while with a pull-up bar.

    My PR is 115 and I was shooting for 125 and missed it.

    *Felt pretty good 1st time in rack position since arm injury.
    *Always have to work on form and staying on heels.

    Did this one at the NASA gym today. The last set was a little sloppy, but all in all, I felt good about my form today.

    I’m pissed that I was 30lbs off my PR, but This was my 7th day without a rest day. I feel a little tired.
