Warm-up:

10 minutes of shoulder mobility followed by 3 minutes of the following: 5 PVC front squats, 15 second FLR

 

Workout:

Gator

Eight rounds for time of:
185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
26 Ring push-ups

Post time to comments.

 

Cool-down:

Sit quietly for 3 minutes!

    Just completed the Leadville 100 mountain bike race in Leadville, CO. Finished in under 12 hours. Don’t think I could have done it without Crossfit. Thanks to all the trainers and to my wife Mandy and my kids for crewing for me. See yall soon

    I have burns on my upper arm that are seeping now, gross, yes. I’m not a fan of ring pushups, but I wasn’t going to stop.

      Agree…..my arms look like road rash. The front squat was just a break from the ring pushups on this wod for me. Way to stay with it Tye.

    RIP Gator. 16:35 heavily scaled to 85# and 1/2 push ups. Kerri is a rapper, don’t let her fool you.

    Busy icing my shoulder as I type. I got 6 rounds +5 deadlifts and 5 pushups @ 33:00. Scaled the squat to 135, and did ring pushups for 1.5 rounds then switched to the hand realease PUs. That was about 2x the max number of pushups I’ve done in a day during my crossfit career. Powerlifting might be kind of interesting tomorrow. Great job to both the 4:30 and 5:30 crowd. Some of you are impressive. You know who you are 🙂
