    Scaled with KPU’s (I think I put JPU’s on the white board)
    KPU’s were mostly nose/face to bar, two at a time. The rope is not my friend for many reasons…
    Rx’d clean and jerk.

    Rope climb got me. DNF on 2nd round – only 1 full ascent. Grip and arm strength need more work.

    Justin, nice call!! Murph was my first CrossFit workout I ever attempted and so far it’s the only one I’v ever quit on. I’m ready to give it another shot tomorrow.

    Screw the whole WOD…….I got my first rope climb today….haha!!!!!!

    And my first attempt at Murph tomorrow…….barf. I may not live through the run!!!!!

    And awesome to see Russell’s snatch on the main site 🙂

      Now, Emily, the rule is, if you do a WOD, you MUST post, from here on out…Not just when you conquer the rope climb!!!

      Murph….First and foremost, it’s always an honor to suffer through a Hero WOD…..But, is it any surprise that this particular WOD is named Murph?

    Please bring the weight vest to the luncher tomorrow! I have a date with claustrophobia (Murph) tomorrow.

      The 20lb wasn’t that bad last time until I was finished. I couldn’t get it off and started freakin’ out.

    But, I, like Emily conquered a fear today, and finally mastered the art of coordination (vs. the lack of coordination as experienced before)…..
    I got 1/2 rope climb, 6 out of 9 times!!
    Next goal: Rope climb to the top!!

    and Rope Climbs, halfway, 6 of 9 attempts..the other 3, were probably only about a foot off the ground….
