    Tweaked my back this weekend so I tested it with Filthy Fifty today and had no problems. Did as rx for girl (35lb PP, 12kg KB, 16lb WBS). First time for Filthy Fifty 38:02. Should have pushed harder with Jumping pullups, Kettlebells, & push-presses. But, all in all, this kicked my tail!

    Will try the Dead Lift WOD in the morning. Cross fingers my back will hold!

    Gonna have to step up my training. Been “resting” long enough!

    You pulled that 325 with perfect form. I think you’ve got another 10lbs, maybe more…

    225(5) – 295 – 315 – 325 – 335 – 345 (back rounded) 10# less than PR.

    Finally got 500! Just felt like I “had it” today and kept going. Sucks that there were no CF witnesses but about 40 cheerleaders were there. I promise it was legit….I wouldn’t cheat myself like that.

    Guiness with dinner tonight…..OH YEAH!

    DL felt much stronger than last go of this one. I think I could have gotten a 400 today but I ended on a positive with a solidly better PR.

    I had been dying to break 200 and I managed to beat my old PR by 30lbs!!! Needless to say, I am pretty darn excited.

    I saw some AMAZING PRs today!!! Lauren H, Mandy W., Angela L., Catina, Kristin, and Andrea!!! Andrea pulled 285 tonight and now has the highest DL for Women at CFHSV! Way to go guys!

    405-435-455-455-475(x)-405-420 I did the first 3 with my lifting shoes and the final 4 without. There was a big difference without the shoes at the start of the pull. On the last lift I forgot to take a 15 off the left side of the bar and pulled an uneven 420.

    Awesome job ladies! Needless to say today was frusterating. I woke up this morning with excruciating shoulder pain – either I slept funny or strained something doing HPC’s on Saturday. I got in the car at 8AM to come home from Daytona, but only lasted 2 hours before I stopped in at a chiropracter’s office to get adjusted…

    …arrived at 7pm at the matrix to do the WOD, and also wanted to break 200, but couldn’t even pull my last PR… 155-175-195x-195x-185x… so I called it a day and decided to get some much needed sleep after a long day!!!

    crossfit football 8×2 power snatch. 115 for the first 4 then 135. Failed on the last two sets.
    Then a hevy fran at 135lbs thruster, just horrible especially after snatches.
