At this point my back was officially warmed up, or numb couldn’t really tell.
Then 3 + hours later Crossfit Endurance
10 x 250 Row with 3x rest as time completed for each round.
Start round 40 seconds.
each around drifted by about 1 second finished strong with a 45 second finish. I dislike endurance and my favorite nemisis the C2 Row Monster kicked me, stomped me and backed up over me with the short bus.
Oddly I really felt like I wanted to upchuck…tally one win for the row monster.

I had been stuck at 405 since may, so I was due for a PR. I was also coming off 5 days of rest, so that probably helped as well.

Just like Monday today was another disappointing workout. I think I need to take a day or two to recover better. Justin great work today, you made the 435 look very easy!!!

Worked on DL form. Did pretty well with keeping back straight. Could really feel it in my hamstrings and heels (like it is supposed to be)

Hate I missed this one. I was looking forward to it, but got caught up at work. Nice job on the PR Justin. And DAMN! Russell… you’re not far from pulling 3 times your bodyweight. Awesome.
