First time to run since mid-May, felt good, no pain. I’m getting sick of the knee wrap and ice pack.

The running actually felt “good”. Not fast but “good”.
HSPU’s fell apart in 3rd round but were completed
11:29, HSPU’s slowed me down a lot, shoulders and tri’s were still fried from doing the hspu, bench press, push press, dip workout on sunday. Excuses,excuses……

Really, really hot. There was a nice wind blowing but it somehow only made it hotter….
for all my whining about being tired, this felt pretty good once I got started. couldn’t keep pulling the KB down after the first round, which made the 21 swings a bit slower.

First 2 rounds were with assisted PU and the last round was as Rx’d with HSPU. My 3rd CF workout and I love the challenge!!!
17:56 as rx. Had to do HSPU one at a time, but tried to get as close to head-to-floor as possible.
What crushed me was HSPU, better at them but I still should be able to do sets of 12 no problem. This is about 3 minutes slower than my Helen, also running was a bit slower than usual. But haven’t been doing any of that. I might pick up some Tabata’s once or twice a week to help fix the running. 🙁

15:15 as Rx’d on Thursday morning. Looking for sub 15 but last round of HSPU got me (5,4,3). Good to me you Jakub. Look out gang, when he works through the kinks of learning crossfit, he’s gonna put up some serious numbers.
