20# under pr on the first two lifts really aggrivates me. Very happy with the OHS though. Got out of the bottom with 140 but had to bail out before I stood all the way up.
Clean- skipped over PR on progression attemped 205 twice and failed, 185 highest lifted today

OHS- Still needs lots of work. Attempted 95 several times, but kept falling appart. Did 65 just to have something on the board.

run stairs from the 3rd to 14th floor & back, 3 times…1st round, stop every floor, alternating 10 push ups/10 sit ups. 2nd round, every other floor. 3rd round, every 3rd floor.
16 steps per floor, 33 floors each way, total. 110 each, push ups & sit ups, total.

Last two hurt at the 6min mile pace. Treadmill’s aren’t very good for pose, but they are great for speed work.
I found out this afternoon that I’ve had strep throat. That’s why I felt like I was going to die for the past 5 days. I’ve had two shots in the butt the past two days and I feel so much better! I actually felt like doing a workout tonight at 10pm.
