First round was able to get Rx’d HSPU, after that I couldn’t get my head 2″ on the ground. Horrible workout, was not feeling this one. Spent the last 3 minutes trying in vain to finish a M/U.

-started round 20 with about 20seconds left….no juice left. Couldn’t even come close to a MU.
-most wrecked I’ve ever been post WOD after about 2yrs of CrossFit

The folks at CF Northridge are good people. Not too many folks coming to this young affiliate, but I’m sure it will grow under Drew’s leadership. They are in a Globo Gym, so lot’s of folks get all angry when you grunt and drop weights, but….. Like the shirt says…. “If it were easy, it would be your Mom”
I was going to try and beat Kevin’s PR of 19…………….but only got 5. I was actually stoked by 5 b/c the 2 pood KB swing has killed me in the past and I was determined to get it today. Josh really helped me with MU’s and making sure my hands started in the right position. It made a huge difference in the 4th and 5th round.
1 round as rx’d, 5 and through the hspu’s in round 6 scaling to 6pu’s/6ring dips
I still suck at muscle ups, wasted about 5 minutes on the first round and trying to get a muscle up in round 2 before giving it up and scaling.
