25:22 doing a combination of ring dips and bar dips. I was happy to get about half of the dips on the rings (a first for me). My form on the exercises wasn’t great today, but also didn’t feel too bad. Dips were the weak point today and took a lot of time.

-Nice workout. Still a bit fried from this weekends games.
-Still learning the little things that make a huge difference such as pacing and dumping the weight at failure -vs- “resting” with the weight in rack position
-After this weekend I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that 135# is a weight that I have to become comfortable with for multiple reps of any overhead exercise

Feeling the week off at Disney with the family last week, although I did have some interesting WOD’s there– like the “three kid snatch and clean”, “child overhead press to shoulder rest”, and combos like “multiple child grab and fanny-swat”. Typically multiple reps/combos per day. Whew!

Took me a long time but I did every single one of the 105 freaking ring dips unassisted, my arms are still dead today!
