    good pic!

Deadlift 5 RM (add 5 lbs to last workout) Added 10# for 435#

    Complete 6 rounds for time:

    53 yard Farmer’s Walk
    Sprint 1/2 Gasser

*Go as heavy as possible for Farmer’s Walk
*Start by walking 53 yards for farmers walk, set weight down and sprint 1/2 gasser. Repeat.

Used 135# Dumbbells. Time was 14:25

My time really sucked today. The gym let me take the dumbbells outside to workout. There is a road that runs in front of the gym that for some reason is really busy. Anyways, I got held up mid WOD by an MRAP slowly moving then stopping to talk to someone. After they finally moved out of the way I picked up the dumbells and walked down to what looked like 53 meters turned around and watched a Humvee drive off the road and on the gravel and then over my Oakleys. It turns out it was some nervous airforce kid driving.

On the up side, I leave in a few days and complete my 5th deployment!

    Home Gym:

200 pushups stopping every minute to do 3 power cleans @ 135 lbs

    Tough workout

    4 rounds in 20:28.
Overhead walk scaled to 165, farmers walk scaled to 2pood kbs. Tried to do it with 85lb barbells, but gave up after a couple of attempts. Those things are really hard to balance.

  5. Aaron says:

    4 rounds + OH Walk scaled @ 20 minute cut-off

OH Walk scaled to 135 for round 1, then dropped to 115.
Farmer’s walk scaled to 2 pood.

    My shoulders are annihilated…

  6. Kyle Mosier says:

    Much harder than it looked!

    4 rounds completed @ 20:00 cut off

    OH Walk scaled to 125, 125, 115, 95
Farmer’s walk scaled to 2 pood kbs.

    Great picture, Katy!!!!

I agree with Aaron – shoulders are toast.

Almost 4 rounds (1 farmer carry away)
    #85 OH Walk
    #14 WBS
    #45 DB’s farmer walk

  8. Robb Dempsey says:

115# OHW, RX’ed WB, RX’ed barbell farmer carry

    3 rounds + OHW + 25 WBs @ 20 min cutoff.

The turn on the OHW was miserable after round one. All sort of little muscles screaming. The farmers carry was interesting with the barbell. If you didn’t line up just right you end up with an awkward load. The wallballs were the one thing I overlooked on this one and they absolutely killed me in the end.

  9. Mandee Miller says:

    95# OH Carry
    14# WBS (30)
    45# DB carry
    3 rds + OH carry + 15 WBS

  10. Karen says:

4 rounds in 20:27 (or 20:37, whichever I wrote on the whiteboard) @ 105lbs OHW, 20 WBS @ 14lbs, and farmers walk with 2 pood KBs.

  11. klowe says:

    rx – 17:18
(lost a few seconds with the weights falling off the barbells for farmers walk a few times….so maybe sub 17…but who cares)

Thanks to Jake for pushing me on this one. I would have surely quit a bunch more during the WBS.

    WBS still suck.

  12. Aaron says:

what, no 20 pound vest?? Just kidding, great work dude!

  13. Ron Wood says:

    19:20 scaled 135# OH carry, 20 WB & 2 pood walk

  14. Patrick says:

Kind of a stressful time at the house. It shows…
4 rounds at 18:40 scaled 135# OH carry, 20 WBS, 2 pd farmers walks.

  15. Kerri says:

    4 rds + 3/4 of the 5th Rd. OH Walk @ 20 minute cut-off
    105# on Rd 1, & 3/4 of Rd. 2, then dropped to 95#
    30 WBS at 14#
    1.5 pood farmers walk

  16. Tasha W says:

15:30 – Scaled, of course! 🙂 And this was waiting on lanes to clear up for the OH Walk, so I believe I scaled it TOO much.

55# OH Walk (I really should have done more weight on this one, but I wasn’t sure and by the 3rd round I was kicking myself)
    15 – 8# WBs
12kg kb farmers walk (I should have done more here, too.)

    Lesson learned!

    • Kerri says:

Keep up the good work!! You’ve got little Addie to worry about too, so, better to scale lower, and add weight, than to do too much and hurt yourself!!

  17. Barry S says:

Today was 5 rounds for time of
    400m run
    20 push press, 65#

22:32…with everyone going at once, several minutes of waiting worked their way in…not that i was complaining, mind you!

  18. tracey says:

good work everyone!!! The scaling for intensity is a good thing! KEEP MOVING.

  19. Katie says:

    Scaled to 85# OHW
    15 WBS
    Carried 2 20kg KBS
