Wow! Those are short.
These shorts are “Vintage” and vintage is the hotest ticket going now. 0600 leads the day, sets high standards for weight and/or reps (You know you look on the board!), and now leads in fashion forward thinking. The ladies can get away with tiny shorts, why not the guys! I mean has anyone really looked at how short those shorts from Casey, Tracey or Jane is wearing!

The 0600 and 0700 ladies have set the bar high due to a coaching mistake on my part.
The rx KB weight for women is 16kg. However, in my absent mindedness I had them swing a 20kg. We should be swinging heavier objects anyway! Good work ladies!
23:58, in the VFF. The prescription for rebounding box jumps was an extra bonus, those took a while, and my feet are rather tired now! Guess I’ve gotten used to grinding down those box jumps in bug swaths by jumping up and stepping down on a steady pace; time to make it hurt more.
Thank goodness we just got the rear view!!
