    8 + 500m row @ self imposed 30 min cut-off
    Should have stuck with my 15 min cut-off on track days but got caught up in the fun. Great job to everyone who finished this suckfest.

    Long Intervals Day 2 Week 6
    Run: 3 x (200m, 400m, 600m)
    Work:Rest of 1:1. Rest the exact time it takes to complete each distance in a set.
    wu: 1 mile easy
    cd: 1 mile easy

    Round 1: 0:35, 1:18, 2:00 (3:53)
    Round 2 :0:37, 1:21, 2:02 (4:00)
    Round 3: 0:36, 1:23, 2:08 (4:07)

    Tough track wod, especially after today’s CF wod. Disappointed didn’t keep total time of rounds within 3-5 seconds. Overall good run with Josh G at HHS Track
