    Back Squat 215#
    Shoulder Press 105#
    Dead Lift 305 #

    45# total decrease from a month ago. I think only coming 7 times in the month of June contributed to that slightly.

    BS – 315, 375, 410PR – best I’ve felt for an over 400 BS attempt
    Press – 135, 165, 195x (190 is my PR…jumping up 30lbs was stupid)
    DL – 405, 465, 490x (had it half way up my quads but couldn’t finish it)…./FAIL

    CFT – 1040 — down 35 from previous CFT…/fail

    —-then. Needed to stop by at lunch and drop off some scalpel blades for Russell (and the rest of yall….shave the calluses dang it!)….decided to play around with the push press.

    Got new PR’s, but I’m still weak as hell.

    I can’t get it to log Russell out so I will just type as if I am him and you all will know that I am not by the dismal numbers posted below:

    BS-I was coaching during the back squat so I did not have a chance to attempt.
    DL-185 (short of PR by 10lbs)
    SP-70 (failed at PR of 75)

    Kind of a suck day. Oh well.

    945 total. I didn’t even hit old PR’s from several months ago when I had a 995 total.

    Did this one alone in the basement hobo gym. Really needed someone to yell at me. Unsure if the 255 BS was below parallel, subsequent attempt at 260 crushed me in the hole.

    At the GloboGym near my hotel here outside Boston. It was better than Bally’s, which was free last time I was in town. But Bally’s closed shop here. Sign of the times that Bally’s are closing while CF gyms everywhere are expanding or turning people away.
