101 Pullups / 7 complete rounds. Kipping is getting much better.

  2. robbdempsey says:

    41 Pull-ups/ 8 Rounds… kip and grip still suck

  3. klowe says:

Keep on it Robb. I’ve seen great gains by you in the small amount of time you’ve been here. Kip will come and the grip will follow.

  4. Craig Herr says:

Cant do pull ups yet!!! Hopefully soon! I did count Larry through the FGB and he did awesome!

This am I did 150 push ups 400 meter sprint each time I hit muscle failure until the 150 are done.

14:15. I can tell I have not done much upper body the past 4 months wow!
    Did 40 ran, 15, ran 10, ran 15, ran 10 ran, 10 ran, 15 ran, 10 ran, 10 ran 15 ran.

  5. Slade White says:

Made a small improvement today with the kipp. Starting to get the rhythm down.

71 pullups/7 rounds First set got 18 pullups, personal best.

  6. Justin says:

    89 pullups/7 rounds
My hands are a wreck from the pullups

  7. Will Blankenship says:

    86 Pullups / 7 Rounds

My ripped off calluses are ridiculous.

  8. klowe says:

Gotta shave those things down weekly. I can provide sharp blades for anyone who needs them. Totally disregard today’s picture of the blood hands. They had nothing to do with the blade.

  9. Garth says:

    109 and 7.5 rounds.

  11. Hudson Slater says:

124 with 8 rounds. Might have been able to squeeze a few more out if I hadn’t torn up my left hand.

  12. J.D. says:

66 pullups, 7 rounds. Still have callous scabs from Murph. Running is still tough. Trying to get the Pose Method down. Nowhere to go but up…

  13. Russell says:

    147 / 7.5

Subbed 400m on the C2 for the run due to an old overuse injury. Miserable. This felt like Fight gone bad day two. First set of max pull-ups was a PR at 56 – All chest to bar. Total pull-up count was down from the last time I did this one.

  14. Robert Montgomery says:

5×5 Weighted Pullups all at 45#’s then max bw pullups: 15.

  15. Nathan Judge says:

    143 / 7

  16. Craig Herr says:

Russell that is crazy pull ups you are a freak!!

  18. Katie says:

    Working on rhythm and grip

  19. Karen says:

Did Nicole in San Diego on 3-20-09 – 56/5.5 (finished run when time ran out).

    Today’s workout 10 pullups + 10 ring dips, 10 rounds – 24:42.

Obvious weakness with ring dips. But…as Russell noted… I did do 100 ring dips unassisted.

  20. Daniel says:

Worked out at home tonight. Plan on doing Nicole on Wednesday.

  21. Daniel says:

Great pull-up count Jimmy! You are becoming a well oiled machine as opposed to a single dimensional beast.

Hang in there Katie. Pull ups seem to improve over night with consistent practice. I remember when Jimmy struggled to get one.

  23. Kiki says:

Still feeling the pain from fight gone bad!…5.5 Rounds (150 jumping pull ups)…still can’t do pull ups and running is not my thing! 🙂 But at least it felt good to say I did it!

  24. JT says:

My goal was 80 pull ups or more and I had a round of only 3 where I just fell off the dang bar. The good sign was, I never quit running. Running is my absolute weakness and I didn’t give up today. Also felt good to do pull ups today with little to no pain in my shoulders.

  25. Tricer says:

I also did Nicole a week ago, so I opted for the 10 rounds of 10 pullups/10 ring dips. 16:30 on the nose. My ring dips are getting better, when I started I couldn’t do 5. Now I didn’t slow down till 3rd set….. however, I was reduced to 1 at a time by set 10.

  26. Jeremy Nuckols says:

    Jeremy Nuckols:

    69 in 8 rounds

I’ve got to work on my transition from one pull-up to the next.

  27. Brad says:

107/ 6.5 I did not even attempt to finish that last run.

  28. Kyle Mosier says:

    62 / 7

  29. Larry Lowe says:

    Felt good.
