This am I did 150 push ups 400 meter sprint each time I hit muscle failure until the 150 are done.
14:15. I can tell I have not done much upper body the past 4 months wow!
Did 40 ran, 15, ran 10, ran 15, ran 10 ran, 10 ran, 15 ran, 10 ran, 10 ran 15 ran.

Subbed 400m on the C2 for the run due to an old overuse injury. Miserable. This felt like Fight gone bad day two. First set of max pull-ups was a PR at 56 – All chest to bar. Total pull-up count was down from the last time I did this one.
Worked out at home tonight. Plan on doing Nicole on Wednesday.

Still feeling the pain from fight gone bad!…5.5 Rounds (150 jumping pull ups)…still can’t do pull ups and running is not my thing! 🙂 But at least it felt good to say I did it!

My goal was 80 pull ups or more and I had a round of only 3 where I just fell off the dang bar. The good sign was, I never quit running. Running is my absolute weakness and I didn’t give up today. Also felt good to do pull ups today with little to no pain in my shoulders.
I also did Nicole a week ago, so I opted for the 10 rounds of 10 pullups/10 ring dips. 16:30 on the nose. My ring dips are getting better, when I started I couldn’t do 5. Now I didn’t slow down till 3rd set….. however, I was reduced to 1 at a time by set 10.
101 Pullups / 7 complete rounds. Kipping is getting much better.
41 Pull-ups/ 8 Rounds… kip and grip still suck
Keep on it Robb. I’ve seen great gains by you in the small amount of time you’ve been here. Kip will come and the grip will follow.

Made a small improvement today with the kipp. Starting to get the rhythm down.

Working on rhythm and grip
Did Nicole in San Diego on 3-20-09 – 56/5.5 (finished run when time ran out).
Today’s workout 10 pullups + 10 ring dips, 10 rounds – 24:42.
Obvious weakness with ring dips. But…as Russell noted… I did do 100 ring dips unassisted.

Hang in there Katie. Pull ups seem to improve over night with consistent practice. I remember when Jimmy struggled to get one.
