    Stuck at 265#… until next time!

    • Sounds about right. Makes me feel better about never having the desire to weigh 120#, run a few hundred miles a week, and not be able to deadlift my BW. I’m interested to see what kind of studies come out in the next few years concerning CrossFit in relation to longevity. I have a feeling some “interesting” finds will be made.

    Tofay I learned a valuable lesson: Do not go to the Matrix on Monday and do a 1 hour “booty” workout, targeting butt and hamstrings and then try to do 1RM deadlifts on Tuesday. You will fail. The end.

    I really wanted to hit 400, but I was smoked after my first 405 attempt.
