Thanks everyone for the encouragement this morning. Dennis you had tears in my eyes from this WOD…tears. Ha. Today was a GOAT day for sure. WOD advice: pick your weakness and just grind it out. If you are thinking about skipping today because of a challenge; DON’T. Just strive to be better than yesterday. It’s all about attitude, persistence and commitment….it’s a struggle for me daily but I won’t give up. 🙂
