WOD:

A. In 10 minutes build up and establish both a 1 rep max bench press and 1 rep max weighted pull-up/chin-up

B. “LYNNE”

5 rounds for max reps of:

bench press (bodyweight)

pull-ups

Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round

    Summer and Sloane are as bad as some red-nose hog huntin pit-bulls. These two sisters are a rare breed that have to be seen in action to believe. They devastate themselves in an effort to devastate WODs. They’re. Amazing. It’s hard to believe they’re from TN 😉

    Oh yeah these two sisters love to throw down! They have the perfect combination of healthy competition and undying support for each other! Love watching each of them continue to get stronger and faster, and it’s double the fun when you get to watch them WOD together! Keep it up Summer and Sloane!! 🙂

    Finisher:
