    Two for Tuesday. Two awesome athletes and two beautiful squats. I love female athletes, sorry guys but the ladies get after it in CrossFit and I always end up giving in to them. They actually tell me what to do. How you like them apples or athletes:)

    WOD RX+ = 13:39 Got quad dominant on C&Js and felt the quads on the run for 200m.
