Elvis Presley is back in the building! It’s awesome to have this great guy and athlete back at CFHSV. Mitch was a kid when he started CrossFit with us and he was always a stand up guy that could move a barbell. He’s got natural ability and it’s obvious when you watch him. Mitch might be the slickest dude Ive ever known…you gotta pay attention tho cause he’s too slick. Keep Rollin dude!
Oh man, I am so happy to see this dude back at CFHSV and doing what he does so well. We met Mitch many years ago, and we were instantly drawn to him with his easy going attitude and genuine disposition. He’s been that same consistent, cool guy ever since, always treating people with kindness and respect. He’s quite an athlete who can move a barbell with ease and has a knack for higher skill movements. Keep it up, Mitch, you’re doing awesome! 🙂
Yay Mitch!! Can’t wait to see you and WOD with you again!!
